At last, today is the day!

Well, today is the big day!  I’m finally joining the ranks of the 10% of people who say they’re going to publish a book and actually do.  I’m not entirely sure if those statistics are still accurate, but I did once read that, and it’s motivated me ever since to be one of few to do it.

I love a good challenge, I always have and I always will.  And if you love a good poetry book, feel free to peruse mine.   It’s all about passion, desire, and love, which are just about the best subjects around, don’t you think?

I really have no idea what to expect since this is my first time releasing a book, but I’m quite excited to see what happens.  I think I’m likely to pee my pants if anyone actually decides to leave me a rave review this month.  Lol…  Anyway, happy reading if you do choose to get yourself a copy.  I’ll be overjoyed, to say the least, if you do.  😉

      1. I hope you have a wonderful week as well. “Shall We” is my earlier favorite for now… I already know, I’m going to enjoy the book. Just promise me, I won’t get teary-eyed…lol… I know I know! if you did, then chances are I will too:)

        1. Oh I’m shaking my head right now because I just left you a comment and somehow the whole thing was erased instead of sending. Lol… So here I go, I’ll try again. 😉
          I’m excited that you’ve already read some of my book and even picked out an initial favorite! I haven’t read my older poems in such a long time, so I had to look up “Shall We” and I have to agree I really love that one too. Some things never change and that one still kinda sums me up in so many ways.
          And you know I can’t promise you that you won’t get teary-eyed when you read it because isn’t that what a good book is supposed to do? Lol… 😉
          My favorite poem of yours so far is Trusting the Beginning because it made me ponder the deeper meaning and reflect on my own beliefs. You always have a way of doing that with your writing, which really draws me in a captures my attention. I think I’ll likely finish your book tomorrow. I read slower when it comes to poetry because I like to pause and take every word in.
          Ok, I’m gonna hit send now! This time it better go! Lol… 😉

            lol…it made it safely to me this time. And I am so glad:)
            Since your book is good and I can expect to be teary-eyed, you won’t think less of me, because it will be your fault. lol
            Trusting the beginning kinda shook me, when I first ponder that I trusted my mother as my mother. I do not remember the hospital I was born in. That is a whole story! That is a sit down over breakfast discussion. I am glad it made you ponder. I tend to want to leave room for others interpretation. I sometime fall short of that. I really appreciate you. Your kindness shall never be forgotten.

    I’ve been away from writing most days the past few months thus I had no idea.

        Mother Nature continues to send her fury.
        Nor’easter #4 forecast start later this afternoon.
        I wanted to tell you I ordered your book this morn. It will arrive by March 28th.

I wrestled with Him… In fact, it was rewritten about a dozen times. Almost gave up at one point. Lol… Glad you enjoyed it. Your support means the world to me. Thank you so so much. 😉 ❤️

    1. Thanks Mariaty… it just takes a bit of perseverance I guess, but not at all impossible. If you ever need any help, just let me know and I can at least fill you in on all the things one shouldn’t do. Lol… I’m hoping the next time around goes a bit smoother. 😉
