Inundated with
Creaky hinges
Afflicted by
Annoying twinges
Growing older
Infested with gray
Almost too tired
To kiss or play
Slowly becoming
Crippled and cranky
Undesirable
No longer swanky
Hard lines
Worn creases
Coming apart
In shreds and pieces
Losing thoughts
Oh what to do
Finding it difficult
To even chew
Getting older
Is so unrightful
Never do it
It is frightful!

So true my dear. I maybe getting a bit more creaky and a bit more cranky, but inside my head I still feel like a kid.

Hahaha I love this! I am getting there so I can relate 😉
In other news, my muses have not been visiting me lately—I have not been writing to March prompts 😔

I wish you were…. but maybe whimsy is not for you? ❤️

Maybe… maybe I have to dig deeper in my pocket for whimsy 😊

I’d love to see you give it a try…. but sometimes it isn’t for everyone. 😉

I not getting any older, I figure I’ve reached that point of no return already, I can’t get any creakier or crankier !!

Lol… I agree… Just gotta keep doing things that are fun and laugh a lot. I’ve found that’s the best way to stay young and be happy. Even through the wrinkles and graying hair. 😉

You ain’t that old, are you?

Guess it depends on what you define as old. 😉 I’m 46, but many people don’t believe I’m over 30. I still feel 16 inside, and feel fairly young on the outside too. And they say, you’re only as young as you feel, so…. Lol 😉

Haha. Yeah. From your avatar, I wouldn’t say that you look 46. But hell, 46 ain’t old!
