If someone refuses to love you
It’s pointless to wish it so
Best to shrug your shoulders
And finally let them go
And if they come back to you
It’s best to set them free
For a heart that refuses to love you
Can never really be

I’ve moved on now. All that pain is behind me now.

Been there and Although painful to admit how much it hurt they didn’t come back. That both did and didn’t hurt relief and pain.

Awww… life can be so difficult sometimes. But we do learn from these things, and even though it seems terrible while we’re going through it, it’s usually a blessing in disguise in the end.
