Take these dreams
Which once were mine
And fashion them with
A new design

Turn them into something
Believable and strong
So that I might finally
Move along

I’m so tired of wishing
For things that can’t be
Open up my eyes
And help me see

A dose of reality
Is what I need
If ever I hope
To succeed
