Are you a filler or a drain,
a booster or a pain?
Are you a happy kind of bloke,
or the kind people wanna choke?
Are you a friendly, loveable lassie
or labeled as overwhelming sassy?
Do you make people wanna roll their eyes,
or is your demeanor full of cheery surprise?
Do you always get booed at first glance,
or does your presence seem to brighten and enhance?
Are you loved for merely being you,
or do others get disturbed by your view?
Are you able to face the reality of who you are,
or does the truth seem frighteningly bizarre?

Nicely done. I love the first line, in particular. It reminded of the song line, do you want to be the windshield or the bug. Keith

Oh that sounds like a funny song. Thanks, Keith. 💛
I think sometimes we just need to ask ourselves who we are. Almost like a check-in with ourselves to see where our mindset is. Positivity can take us so much further than anything negative ever could. And so that’s kinda where my mind was going with this. I’m trying not to hold on to the negative aspects of life anymore. I just don’t feel like I have time to live that way. Life is just too short to be unhappy.
