Wouldn’t it?

Wouldn’t it be satisfying
to always stay
right next to each other
arousing never-ending play

Wouldn’t it be something
to awaken the sky
watching us kiss
beneath its bright blue eye

Wouldn’t it be amazing
to go dipping our toes
in a stream faraway
where nobody goes

Wouldn’t it be exciting
to throw off all our clothes
existing in a place
where nobody knows

Wouldn’t it be romantic
to settle down in the shade
knowing absolutely nothing
could ever be forbade

Wouldn’t it be perfect
to be all alone
in a place like no other
blissfully unknown

Wouldn’t it be magical
to exist in a world beyond
like a tale that never ends
going on and on

  1. A piece inspired by yours

    Wouldn’t it be satisfying
    to always stay
    right next to each other
    taming each other’s storms

    Wouldn’t it be something
to awaken the sky tucked under clouds
with us blooming into each other

    Wouldn’t it be amazing
    to tip our toes
etching a fleeting memory in sands before the wave grows

    Wouldn’t it be exciting
to embrace each others vulnerabilities in spaces
    where nobody knows

    Wouldn’t it be romantic
    to lean into shade
and playfully waiting for shine to fade

    Wouldn’t it be perfect
    to be on our own
while being with each other without being outgrown

    Wouldn’t it be magical
to exist in a world beneath
like a whispers poem under forever recital in every breath…

    1. Ohhh that’s beautifully written. Think my favorite stanza is this…

      “Wouldn’t it be amazing
      to tip our toes
etching a fleeting memory in sands before the wave grows”

I can picture her standing on her tip toes, reaching up to kiss her beloved. Her feet leaving imprints of her yearning desire, before the fast moving waters rush in to erase that special moment. It’s just so lovely to imagine.

It’s always so exciting to be able to inspire others to write along with me. Collaborative work is something I very much miss. Your wonderful words will not be forgotten. ❤️
